When you discover there are problems with your unborn baby’s development you may be faced with a choice you never imagined you would have to make or feel you have very little choice. Counselling support can help you deal with your emotions. We are here to give you the time and space needed to come to terms with your loss. If you have experienced an early birth or termination due to foetal abnormality you may be facing some of these emotions: •Grief •Sadness and Crying •Guilt and Failure •Emptiness ​•Low self worth ​•Depression These are all a normal response to what has happened and we are here to help you talk these things through. You and your partner may be upset in different ways. Some people feel powerless, some focus on being strong. You may feel unsupported or unable to talk to others close to you. This can leave you feeling very lonely and it is important to find support from someone. It is a particular kind of loss during whatever stage of pregnancy you lose a baby.
