Birth trauma and pregnancy loss support groups

We understand the importance of having a caring community to help you during challenging times. That’s why we’re offering two six-week courses, specifically designed for women who have experienced birth trauma or a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy at any point in their lives.

Your Loss Matters

Your Loss Matters is a six-week group that provides a safe and nurturing environment to connect with others who have gone through miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. This is an opportunity to share your story, listen to others, and find comfort in knowing that you’re not alone.

One of the most important aspects of our pregnancy loss support group is the opportunity to acknowledge that your baby is loved and remembered. This group offers a time to honor your baby’s memory and to share your love in an understanding environment. Together, we can help you navigate the emotions that come with this profound loss and find a path toward healing.

Your Birth Story Matters

Your Birth Story Matters is a birth trauma support group, allowing for meaningful connections and a strong sense of community.

Your Birth Story Matters is a birth trauma support group, allowing for meaningful connections and a strong sense of community. Up to 30% of people may experience a difficult birth and 1 in 20 have birth trauma. This can leave parents suffering with mental and physical pain, which can affect their relationships with their partners and children. Our structured support group provides a safe space to process your story and be supported by others who understand.
